If you believe you are unable to attend or complete your course due to an illness and need to have your course dates rescheduled, please email our admin team at admin@australiandoggroomingschool.com.au to discuss your potential options. Each case is assessed individually based on the situation and documentation is mandatory for assessment of the situation.

If you are approved to change dates due to your circumstances, an admin fee of $100 will be charged for each day that is missed that needs to be rescheduled into a new course. Your rescheduled days will be issued based on course availability, which could be anywhere from 2 - 6 months wait. If you decide you do not want to attend the new course dates, your deposit is not refundable.

COVID-19:

If you fall ill with Covid-19, we will require proof of a positive PCR test or registration of your RAT test with the Department of Health.
