Promotional Offers Terms and Conditions
Australian Dog Grooming School ("ADGS", "we", "our", "us") may, from time to time, offer promotional pricing, discounts, complimentary products, bonus resources or other incentives. ("Promotional Offers")

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Promotional Offers unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. Acceptance of Promotional Terms
By confirming an eligible booking during a promotional period, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Promotional Terms & Conditions in addition to the Australian Dog Grooming School Student Enrolment Terms & Conditions.

​

2. Promotional Eligibility
Promotional Offers apply only to new course bookings confirmed during the advertised promotional period.

 

A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment upfront has been received.

Promotional Offers are not available to existing bookings unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

3. Promotional Period
Each Promotional Offer is valid only for the dates advertised.

To be eligible, the required deposit or full payment must be received within the promotional period.

Promotions automatically expire once the advertised closing date has passed unless extended by Australian Dog Grooming School.

4. Existing Enrolments
Promotional Offers are intended for new enrolments only.
Accordingly:

• Promotional pricing and bonuses cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Students who confirmed their enrolment before the commencement of a promotion are not eligible unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Existing bookings cannot be cancelled and rebooked solely for the purpose of obtaining a Promotional Offer.

5. Promotional Pricing
Promotional pricing is determined solely by the date a student's booking is confirmed.

Students attending the same course may have received different pricing, bonuses or incentives depending on:

• when they enrolled;

• which promotional campaign was active at the time; and

• whether they met the eligibility criteria.
   

This does not entitle any student to receive another student's promotional offer.

6. Promotional Bonuses
Where a Promotional Offer includes complimentary products, toolkits, educational resources, digital products or bonus items:

• Bonus items have no cash value.

• Bonus items cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Bonus items cannot be transferred to another person.

• Bonus items cannot be substituted unless approved by Australian Dog Grooming School.
   

Where a promotional item becomes unavailable, Australian Dog Grooming School may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
 

7. Delivery of Promotional Bonuses
Promotional bonuses will be received at the end of the course. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Australian Dog Grooming School determines when promotional bonuses will be issued.

8. One Promotion Per Booking
Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• only one Promotional Offer may be applied to a booking;

• Promotional Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher or promotional campaign.
   

9. Promotions Are Non-Transferable
Promotional pricing, discounts and bonus items are personal to the eligible student.
 

They cannot be:

• transferred;

• assigned;

• sold;

• exchanged; or

• redeemed for cash.
   

10. Confidential Promotional Offers
From time to time, Australian Dog Grooming School may offer exclusive promotional pricing, discounts, complimentary products, bonus resources or other incentives to selected students or during limited promotional campaigns.

 

As promotional offers vary throughout the year, students enrolled in the same course may receive different pricing, discounts or promotional bonuses depending on their enrolment date and the promotion available at the time of booking.

 

Where confidentiality forms part of a Promotional Offer, maintaining that confidentiality is a condition of receiving the promotional benefit. Students agree not to disclose or discuss the details of their promotional pricing, discounts, bonus items or promotional offers with other students, trainers or third parties prior to, during or after their course, unless required by law or with the prior written consent of Australian Dog Grooming School.

 

This requirement is intended to minimise confusion between students, promote fairness and maintain a respectful, supportive and inclusive learning environment.

 

Where a student fails to comply with the confidentiality requirements of a Promotional Offer, Australian Dog Grooming School reserves the right to withhold any promotional bonus,complimentary item or incentive that has not yet been issued, where permitted by law and the terms of the applicable promotion.

11. Classroom Environment
Australian Dog Grooming School is committed to maintaining a supportive learning environment for all students.

 

Students acknowledge that promotional pricing and bonuses are determined by enrolment date and promotional availability.

 

Comparisons regarding promotional pricing, discounts or bonus items may cause unnecessary confusion or disruption.

 

Students are encouraged to direct any questions regarding promotions to the Administration Team rather than discussing them with fellow students or trainers.

 

Where discussions regarding promotional offers result in disruption to the classroom environment, Australian Dog Grooming School reserves the right to take reasonable steps to manage the situation in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct.

12. Promotional Conditions
Some Promotional Offers may include additional conditions, such as confidentiality requirements or eligibility criteria.

Where these conditions apply, they form part of the Promotional Offer.

Failure to comply with those conditions may result in Australian Dog Grooming School withholding any promotional bonus that has not yet been issued, where permitted by law.

13. Administrative, Pricing & Advertising Errors
While every effort is made to ensure promotional material is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

 

Australian Dog Grooming School reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, administrative or advertising errors.

Where an error affects a Promotional Offer, we will contact the affected student as soon as reasonably practicable to discuss an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

14. Limited Availability
Some Promotional Offers may be limited to a specified number of students.

 

Where a promotion is advertised as limited, eligibility is determined by the order in which eligible bookings are confirmed.

​

15. Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions
Australian Dog Grooming School reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a Promotional Offer at any time before an eligible booking has been confirmed.

 

Bookings already confirmed during the promotional period will retain the Promotional Offer for which they qualified, unless otherwise required by law.

16. No Agency or Precedent
If Australian Dog Grooming School chooses, at its discretion, to make an exception to these Promotional Terms & Conditions for a particular student or circumstance, this does not create an obligation to make the same exception for other students or future promotions.

17. Questions Regarding Promotions
If you are unsure whether you qualify for a Promotional Offer, please contact our Administration Team before confirming your booking. We are happy to explain the current promotion, eligibility requirements and any applicable conditions.

18. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
